Why I joined Kill-A-Watt: To promote saving energy and sustainable practices in a fun way that is relevant to everyone!
Favorite way to save energy: Opening window shades and using natural light whenever possible!

Why I joined Kill-A-Watt: Kill-A-Watt is a great way to get raise awareness about energy savings! It allows students to make individual changes that lead to positive outcomes.
Favorite way to save energy:
Opening the blinds and using natural light.

Minor: Program in the Environment
Why I joined Kill-A-Watt: I was excited to join a growing student group that saves energy in addition to saving money and building a community in the residence halls!
Favorite way to save energy: I always unplug all of my electronics when I go on vacation, and I make sure to turn off lights when leaving the room.

Why I joined Kill-A-Watt: I joined KAW because I thought that this group has a lot of potential to make a real difference in energy consumption at Michigan.
Favorite way to save energy: Making sure things not used are unplugged and always taking the stairs.

Why I joined Kill-A-Watt: I joined KAW because the group’s mission and dedication is awesome! I think that the dorms are a great place to start fostering real sustainable behavior change.

Why I joined Kill-A-Watt: I was involved with Kill-A-Watt as a Planet Blue Student Ambassador and I liked what I saw so I decided to get more involved.
Favorite way to save energy:  I love turning off lights! LOVE IT!

Why I joined Kill-A-Watt: I like the idea of an energy saving competition to get students involved in energy awareness and campus sustainability. This can help shape long-term behaviors that will have many benefits.
Favorite way to save energy: I like turning off lights and open up curtains to let in natural light. I also hang up my clothes to try outside in the summer and ride by bike everywhere too!
